I never actually knew my father. He was shot and killed at a car show in the park when I was a few months old. It wasn’t the first time he had been shot. I sometimes wonder how my life might have been different if he were alive. I’ve heard as many negative things as positive things about him.

But I love these pictures, still. I think we have the same facial features. So thanks for the good looks, dad.
